Total Engineering Operations
Thai Obayashi is aspiring to be a "Total Engineering" corporation. We started by concentrating on industrial construction only. Thai Obayashi enlarged its scope to include 'Urban and Resort Development', but in the 21st century we aspire to be a complete construction corporation. We dream to undertake complete project ie., from survey to designing to construction and finally its maintenance & management.

Thai Obayashi will provide a detailed and balanced proposal following in-depth feasibility studies based on the "Full Turn Key" approach to determine current and future demands, effects and contributions to the populace and environment, and budgets and expenditures.
Planning & Design
Following client's approval of the conceptual plan, an integrated effort is initiated to formulate a final plan, including drawings and specifications, that will achieve maximum effectiveness in cost, time, energy and environment.
Thai Obayashi strictly adheres to master plans to ensure that project quality, safety, deadlines and costs are met so clients can confidently proceed with their related activities.
Post Construction Services
Our client-contractor relationship doesn't cease with the completion of a project. We also provide long-term maintenance plans besides making periodic inspections to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the products delivered to our esteemed client. Furthermore, Thai Obayashi stores all project data, drawings and specifications at our Service Center so they are always readily available.
As the basis of revenues generated by the buildings, and based on the diagnosis, we present proposals to extend the operational life of a building and enhance its asset value by adopting energy-efficient systems and antiseismic retrofitting, installing information technology infrastructure and improving physical image.
